Posting Rules
Keep listings real and relevant
Use Vendor Board for a real business, professional service, or legitimate resource relevant to real estate and property needs. Use an accurate service ZIP and choose service categories that reasonably describe what you offer.
Only post material you may use
You must own or have permission to use and display every logo, photo, illustration, flyer, business card, written description, and other protected material you submit. Do not copy another business's artwork, branding, photographs, or copyrighted material without permission.
Remember what becomes public
Smart products and approved custom artwork are public. Do not upload private account information, financial information, private home addresses, or anything else you would not want visitors to see, save, screenshot, print, or share.
No misleading claims
Do not knowingly make false claims about licenses, credentials, affiliations, awards, pricing, guarantees, service areas, or experience. Vendor Board does not independently verify those claims or endorse listed providers.
No harmful or abusive material
Do not post threats, harassment, discriminatory attacks, explicit sexual content, malicious code, scams, impersonation, illegal content, or content intended to exploit or deceive visitors.
Community Board
Keep Community Board posts relevant and professional. Do not spam, expose private information, or use the board to harass another member. Admin may remove posts or replies that interfere with the community or violate these rules.
Moderation, account review, and corrections
Admin may reject a custom upload, place content on hold, ask for a correction, or hold or suspend an account or listing while investigating suspected fraud, impersonation, material misrepresentation, abuse, unlawful activity, or misuse of Vendor Board. An account or listing may be restored when the concern is satisfactorily resolved, or restricted or removed when it cannot reasonably be resolved. Immediate action may be taken when reasonably necessary to protect users, the directory, or its systems. A moderation action does not mean Vendor Board has verified everything else on the listing.
Copyright and rights reports
If you believe a listing uses your protected material without permission, use Contact Vendor Board and provide enough information to identify the material and the listing. Admin can temporarily hide disputed material while reviewing the report.
Use the Contact Vendor Board form for privacy questions, copyright reports, account requests, or other concerns.
